What is Brain Gym® ?

The Brain Gym® program is a holistic system based on the principles of kinesiology and learning theory, developed by learning specialist Paul E. Dennison, Ph.D. and Gail E. Dennison.

Utilising 26 gentle movement activities and related techniques, the Brain Gym system helps to either stimulate or calm the brain supporting lifelong learning, coordination, and cognitive function. Unlike typical exercise programs, these movements target specific brain regions to help achieve personal goals, such as improving memory, reading, emotional well-being, or physical balance.

The Brain Gym® program offers a proven approach that addresses and incorporates the often overlooked physical components of learning - visual, auditory, motor and stress management skills. What started as a method to help remedial learners to become stronger readers is now a program that has help thousands of people in over 80 countries worldwide, discover their peak mental performance and inner strength.
